Updates and Remodeling

In 2023, 4600 Pinson underwent an extensive remodel:

• All older mechanical systems were replaced
• Walls, ceilings, and trim were repainted
• Floors were replaced
• Countertops and backsplashes are all new
• New sinks, toilets, and bath surrounds were installed
• Faucets and fixtures are new
• Lighting was updated to dimmable, color-selectable LED fixtures, and modern ceiling fans were installed.
